Submit a Complaint

Use this form to refer a complaint about a private clinic to HSCAMP. It is free for patients. HSCAMP can act where the clinic is an HSCAMP member and you have finished the clinic's own complaints process. If the clinic is not a member, we will contact it and invite it to use HSCAMP. You can also refer a complaint by email to info@hscamp.co.uk, by post to HSCAMP Ltd, 33 Holland Street, London W8 4LX, or by telephone on 020 3917 4281. Please do not send medical records at this stage; we will ask for them, with your consent, once we have confirmed the clinic's membership.
